Not to sound like a complete homer, but i imagine Washington to have a hard time doing anything against our D. Jake Locker is a beast, no doubt, but he just doesn't have the surrounding cast to pull off impressive numbers. On the flip side, Jefferson has a very good WR, very good TE, good-to-very-good OL and a number of stallions at RB.

They cannot run; they cannot pass; they cannot defend; and their special teams is abysmal.
