i'm pretty sure they won't have it. espn didn't get the game, it's going to be on mundial or some shite, but mundial has a sister station that's supposed to broadcast it in english.

Mun2 has the rights to the game and NBC is opening it up for free on DirecTV and Dish

Why wouldn't it be on Universal HD? I thought that was the point of NBC-Universal offering it
ETA: if its not showing on Cox, is there any bar/restaurant thats definitely showing it in town?

I asked about this last week, and someone suggested the Fox and Hound. There was another place mentioned as well, but I forgot the name. I will give the Fox and Hound a call tomorrow to see if they are offering the game and I'll let everyone know.
