Where should I eat?

Gino's East for deep dish pizza. Harry Caray's isn't too bad. I think their food was good, but nothing special, but the experience was cool. If anything just go to the bar and have an Old Style.

Plenty of local places that Chi-Town natives will recommend.
I know it's a chain, but I love the Fogo de Chao there. Great food, but a really interesting crowd.

Thanks, guys. My wife and 2 kids are going. We are going to a Cubs game on Friday. If you have some must does around Wrigley that would be great too.

There's a really cool aquarium with a penguin exhibit not far from Wrigley (seven miles, right along the lake). I bet your kids would love it.

Things to do:
Museum of Science and Industry
Navy Pier
As for restaurants:
Pizza from Lou Malnatti's
Beer fan? Try the Map Room
Plenty of good restaurants throughout Chicago. Too many to list.
I'm partial to Greektown on S. Halsted
Harry Caray's was a good experience.
A bunch of good bars around Wrigley. Try the Cubbie Bear, Murphy's Bleachers
ETA: Forgot about you having the kids.

I know it seems rather cliche but I have been to Chicago several times and I have always enjoyed going to Mike Ditka's off of N Michigan Ave on East Chestnut

I will be there this week on business.
We have a dinner meeting at Twin Anchors before a Cubs game. Is this place any good?
Also considering Giordano's for pizza and/or Kinzee's Chop House for steak. I have been to both of these and they are both excellent.

Spiaggia Cafe across from The Drake Hotel on Michigan Avenue. Trust me!
Giordano's pizza was not that good, but we ordered the deep dish there and I was told you should order thin crust. Will try Gino's East next time I am there.

Very cool place.
Go to Rosebud steakhouse and have the bone in ribeye. Best steak I have ever had. You will thank me later

Pizzaria Uno has the best deep dish pizza that I have ever had. Couldn't get in Harry Karry's when I was there.

I was there a couple of weeks ago and ate at the following places:
Pizza Uno for deep dish Pizza - excellent Pizza. Ate outside.
Brunch at the Four Seasons (Seasons is the name of the restaurant) on Michigan Ave. Unbelievable food - anything you can think of you will find it a this buffet. Highly recommend.
Dinner at Le Petit Paris - awesome little French Bistro near the Lake off Mich Ave. Just found this place on the internet - very small, excellent traditional French cooking.
Dinner at Spiaggia on Mich Ave - high end, awesome. We did the Prix Fix with the wine pairing.

Twin Anchors is awesome, although I'm not sure how great a setting it is for a dinner meeting. Get there before 7 and you'll beat the crowd. The ribs are some of the best in Chicago. Sinatra used to have them flown into Vegas for him. Fun fact: they filmed a scene from The Dark Knight there.

A few more suggestions on things to do:
Take the architecture tour on the Chicago River. Takes about an hour, but is really cool and interesting.
The Art Institute is pretty cool and worth checking out, just to see the famous pieces and the Monets.
As for restuarants, Carson's is a good, pretty casual rib place. Pretty fun and easy family atmosphere.
Also, my favorite place is La Scarola on N. Broad (I believe). It's kind of a hole in the wall, but it was the favorite Italian place for many of the old time mob bosses. Generous portions and really good food.
I know it's trendy to go to the well-known places like Spiagga and Frontera, but you can't go wrong with a Twin Anchors, Carson's, or La Scarola. A little more of an authentic Chicago experience rather than the touristy stuff. Just my two cents.
