of course.... How is the salt content? I am always a little leary of using tonys and the like with anything that contains salt.....

As others said, Oak Grove is the only one worth using. Zatarain's & Tony's taste too salty, IMO.

Tip: Oak Grove Jambalaya mix used to taste salty to me as well, so we would just add more rice & water to dilute the seasoning a bit. However, in recent years, I've found that they've toned down the salt in their mix some and it tastes fine now.
