Not worth much. Kids take visits all the time. It's called recruiting.

Are we going lose Hunter now. I read where he said he was solid and just wanted to take some vacations.

Still think he is heading to LSU in the end, but the kid is from Thibodeaux and this is his third visit to Auburn on his own dime before his senior year. Thats about a 12 hour drive both ways. Either he loves road trips and has plenty of spare cash to burn on gas or he is seriously considering AU.

No doubt he is seriously considering AU...I just do not beleive the "lock" comments..This race is far from over.

I dont buy any lock statements in recruiting especially in this case. Even if he did commit to AU(and i am not saying i think he will) with a kid from Thibidoeaux it wouldnt be over till signing day. I have thought all along that even if AU landed Seastrunk (a big if) AU would have about a 50/50 chance at best with landing Reed.

He's probably going to make the short jump to the ATL too.

Don't read too much into somebody wanting to leave Thibodaux. It's a fairly common wish.

ter watching him at the 7 on 7 tourney on ESPN (gridiron kings) he is a cant miss prospect. I mean his hands are excellent with a playmaking burst of speed. I think he and Seatrunk should be top priority right now.

I agree that there aint no such thing as "on their own dime". Wishful thinking, but he's the only recruit scheduled this weekend, and he's going with family, so I know he means business. Where he ends up, who knows. But he is definitely seriously considering Auburn. In the end, I give LSU the edge though. Pressure will build as time passes. Whatever. I'll just be glad when real tangible football starts. Good grief do we need a quarterback.

He's a great player......but just like Joe McKnight, he won't make or break us.

had to slip that in huh. Our only advantage of course over Auburn and stunna shades Luper is pressuring poor 17 year olds.

Why do people keep saying this?

Big time recruits don't pay for anything.

You are definitely "that guy." What possessed you to run over to a LSU board to post this tidbit? Trying to score points, Mr. Message board "insider?"
