A mango salsa(red onions, cilantro, jalapeno, olive oil and S&P) Them a cema, sour crean with mashed avocadoes in the food processor. Thinned with a little lime juice. Forgot lime juice in the salsa. This is a great and refreshing combination.

If you are not set on the creamy sauce you might try mango Salsa
2 cups ripe fresh mango, diced
1 medium cucumber, peeled and diced
1/2 medium poblano pepper, seeded and diced
1 medium jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
2 teaspoons fresh ginger, minced
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
1 tablespoon light brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
Combine, cover, refrigerate for 2 hours and serve

The Baja style usually comes with a white, creamy sauce on top.
The fish tacos at Dingos had a creamy mango sauce.
I am looking to combine the two, probably just some diced mangoes w/ the avocadoes, serranos, red onion, and purple cabbage. Throw a dollop of crema (mixed with taco seasoning) and be good to go I guess.
