And if anyone noticed ALL 11 of those QBs have already committed somewhere. Not sure if that's happened before (all Elite 11 QBs being committed somewhere before the camp).

Nowhere. However, the OP says everyone knows Scroggins us going to SC. It's stupid to say they've all committed because, well, they haven't. While Scroggins may well end up at USC it's stupid to say he's already committed. Especially when Bruce Feldman believes Tenn is the team to beat.
