#1. Jeremauria Rasco/DE/Evangel
- A monster off the edge. Had 26 sacks as a sophomore on his way to defensive player of the year. Great athlete that has one of the quickest first steps in prep football. Should be a 5 star candidate.
#2. Kenny Hilliard/RB/Patterson
- Nephew of Dalton Hilliard. Most years would be #1 in state. Will be another 5 star candidate. All-state as a freshman and sophomore. Great vision, agility, cutback ability, and power.
#3. Jarvis Landry/WR/Lutcher
- Amazing top end talent in the state of Louisiana in '11. Another 5 star candidate. Major speed w/ a good feel for the game. Will sit down in the zone or go by you on the edge. Good hands that could improve.
#4. Anthony Johnson/DT/O. Perry Walker
- Good quickness to go with the frame to grow into a premier DT. Has a very high ceiling. Could be the best player on this list when he reaches his potential.
#5. Beau Fitte/LB/South Plaquemines
- Good feel for rushing the passer(19 sacks as a sophomore). Will be a LB in college. Has the speed to go outside and the instincts to be inside.
#6. La'el Collins/OL/Redemptorist
- Great size to go along w/ light feet and a mean streak you like. The best OL prospect in the state for '11.
#7. Chucky Hunter/DT/West Monroe
- HUGE DT prospect that will be a great run stuffer in college.
#8. Bradley Sylve/WR/South Plaquemines
- Speed, speed, and more speed....
#9. Stevie Douglas/QB/Clinton(Home School)
- At 6'5" 175, he has the frame. Also has the huge arm, good accuracy, and an emerging feel for the rush. Doesn't play the needed competition to be higher, but is a potential star prospect. Was MVP at the recent La. NUC camp.
#10. Levander Liggins/ATH/Leesville
- Could be a DB or WR in college. Great speed and leaping ability. High ceiling w/ this athlete.
Others to Watch:
Alonzo Lewis/ATH/St. James
Renaldo Thomas/ATH/Saint Augustine
Jeremy Hill/RB/Redemptorist
Devin Boutte/WR/Catholic
Johnny Banks/ATH/Christian Life
Greg Robinson/OL/Thibodeaux
Ethan Houston/OL/Destrehan
Ellis Carey/DB/Helen Cox
Jerome Sentimore/OL/Destrehan
Cartel Murray/ATH/Thibodaux(Trovon Reed Teammate)
Does anyone know bout Cartel I hear hes a good athlete.
Javante Watson/RB/Bastrop
Carl Hart/DB/Broadmoor

Highly doubt it. Didn't they have another kid do the same thing as a freshman-Bowers I think was his name-and he ended up at ULM or some other small regional school?

I would like to think that Hill will probably be top ten.
Nice list though. La is loaded for the next couple years.

Rasco tied Reggie Whites national highschool record for sacks in a season.
Not sure what you're talking about. Kid is going to be a stud.

So were Bowers, Cerderrick Tyson, and several others from Evangel. Have you seen most of the teams they play? I hope the kid is a beast and goes to LSU, but this far out is too soon imo to tell.

Where did CerDerrick Tyson go btw? He was a can't miss 4-5 star as a freshman at Evangel. I can't find anything on Scout or Rivals. No rating on either and zero offers. What happened?

Dude watch some film...
Rasco is a man-child
He will be one of the top 7-8 players in the country, no doubt.

Has to be sarcasm. No one replying on a recruiting message board can be this lost. Rasco will most likely be a top ten nationally.

I've seen the film and I've heard the hype. Like I said, too soon to tell imo. There are a lot of kids out there his age that will hit growth spurts and be completely different in 2 years. I've seen it happen multiple times at Evangel. Kids receive a ton of hype and never pan out. Guess I should move to Alaska and watch film on them rather than see them live though.

Couldn't have anything to do with the fact that you are from West Monroe that you keeping dogging the fact that he plays at Evangel?

Nope, I think ALL of them are too young to say, "They're going to be a 5 star in 2 years". That includes Chucky Hunter from West Monroe. I honestly don't remember hearing this kid's name called all year. It was either Mingo, Allen, or several of the linebackers' names called on nearly every tackle. Now he's being touted as one of the top players in 2 years?
