the key to this game will be if our bats wake up. If we continue to watch pitches come down the middle without swinging then we are done. We have to get more aggressive at the dish tonight.

Though i agree with you to a point, I believe LSU has some pretty aggressive hitters.

Yep. Can't win without scoring runs.
No matter who we pitch, we need five runs to have a chance.

We'll score. We just ran into a stud on the top of his game last night. It happens.

I think we'll win if we score more runs than they do. That being said, keeping them from scoring runs is crucial. But the most important aspect of winning is making sure, at the end of the game, that we have the most runs.

Actually we need 6 runs. We are 13-13 when scoring less than 6. We are 42-4 when scoring six or more and we are undefeated when leading after the sixth inning. So 6 is the magic number.

Need to jump more on the first pitch. Most of these Texas pitchers are making their first pitch the easiest to hit. Get aggressive and swing the bat.

I disagree. Being patient will win this game. Cole Green is a low/sinker ball pitcher and get in a groove and get out of jams in a hurry if we swing recklessly and roll over grounders to short.
