There are NO good Cajun places in Shreveport. I'm a Cajun from New Iberia and have lived here for 40 years. Shreveport does NOT do Cajun. But there are many good places to eat.

L'Italiano in Bossier City is the best. Small, hole in the wall place run by real Italians who barely speak English.

Thanks for all the input. You've confirmed what my wife and I thought... there's not much to choose from as far as LA fine dining around here.
