You can definitely find something very good in the 150 to 190 range. I read in the thread that you would be willing to increase your price range. I would recommend that way over moving to the out skirts. traffic is a beast and gets old if you are working in town. What you will save in housing costs you will pay in driving time (time is money) and gas/auto costs.
