Amen. I feel the same way and you had better believe that if the person sitting next to me pulled out some contraband liquor I would fiund the nearest security person and alert them to the rule breaker.
I am not completely anti-alcohol, but drunkards at college sporting events are usually rude and often violent.

Bunch of fuddy duddies. I can understand if someone next to you is wasted drunk and agitating you then report them to security. But shite, if someone just wants to have a cold beverage during a game then quit being such a whiny little bitch.

If you do that don't sit by me. At the first sign of an inebriated fan I am always on the lookout for security. Being drunk in public is against the law and I like to see the laws upheld.
