ok so we dogpiled

does anyone know if everybody came out without any injuries.we have had bad luck in the past dogpiling in the supers.

Yes, dogpiling is fricking stupid. I know the guys were excited and all, but its not worth it. All it can do is get someone hurt. Not to mention, whoever is on the bottom can't breathe.

yall are ridiculous. they dogpiled. whats wrong??? they've dogpiled for YEARS. if Mestepey would have never gotten hurt yall would have never started wearin tampons when it comes to dogpiles. you cannot tell me if you were a 18-22 year old guy on that team and you did what they did, that you WOULDNT want to dogpile. give me a freakin break.

What's wrong is that nobody wants to see a starter or heavy contributor get injured and not be able to play in the WS because of a dumb dogpile.

Barrack, that you? It's part of the game, it's been happening since the beginning of time, let them have fun and celebrate. I guess players shouldn't be diving for balls and giving it their all on fear that they'll get hurt. Oh we might as apologize for beating Rice also, get real......

I never understood the dogpile after the super regionals anyway. Wait till you win the world series. All in all it was just another playoff win. Act like you have been there.

I remember a few years ago when Texas beat Ole Miss in the Oxford regional the year they won it all. Texas won game 3 and just walked out and shook each others hands. Basically saying "this is not our ultimate goal". I thought it was classy and very cool. I can understand last years dogpile because no one thought we would get that far, but this year is different. Winning the super regional is not the ultimate goal for this team. I would have held out on the dogpile until the last out in Omaha.

unfortunatly we the fans look forward to the last out just to see the dog pile. If a team that won a super just walked out and congratulated each other would be branded as concieted, cocky and/or arragant.
