There is a major flaw with their "expansion" definition.
The expansion teams prior to the recent round had a MUCH, MUCH tougher time of it than the new teams did when it came to player acquisition, etc. For that alone, teams like the Saints, Falcons, Bucs, Seahawks, etc. should get a pass.

How can the Texans be on that list. They have only been playing for 6 seasons.
