What players does Southern have to compete with?

Can Southern handle LSU pitching? Do they have anyone that will be drafted?

i'm confused, you are questioning southern's ability to play with LSU, but you posted a few hours ago that Ranaudo couldn't pitch successfully against southern

They are a solid club, and can swing the bats pretty well from what Ive heard. LSU shouldn't have any problem with them, but they definitely should not be overlooked. I'm sure PM has told them this though.

Maloy is a solid pitcher for them and the team really rallies around him. I assume he will pitch against LSU. I think LSU will get to him, but he's going to compete and do everything he can to give his team a chance. After him, I think their pitching falls off tremendously though.

What team(s) are they equivalent to that we've played? I haven't seen them play this year.

I would think they would want to pitch Richard against us.. You can try with a righty but I would think they would rather throw a lefty against us.
