I guess their strategy is to just beat the shite out of the guy? It is ridiculous the fouls dahntay jones and company are committing on kobe.

It's no different than late 80's early 90s playoff games.

I'm not saying it's right or wrong.

Kobe will admit he's a fan of 80's ball

So he shouldn't complain about, and as far as I know, he hasn't.

So, he's just manning up and playing through it like a true champion!!!

Not relevant to this thread, but thanks.

I'm sure you can find another thread to make that comment since that's the ONLY thing you post about on here, lol.

1. You obviously didnt read this thread or other threads tonight where I give Kobe props, something you've NEVER done with Lebron.

2. Again, this thread is about Denver's D on kobe, nothing to do with Lebron. There's a million Lebron-kobe threads, no need for 1 more.

I think it is a valid argument that officials ref lebron more favorably than kobe.

Neways, Karl knows the only way to stop kobe is to beat him up and get him tired. I don't think it will work though. Lakers in 7.

Really? Dhante Jones is dirty? Kobe flops like crazy. He's a tough mofo, but he flops alot too. There are definitely missed calls, but it happens both ways. The trip didn't look intentional, but was still a foul.

How about Kobe throwing people to the ground on rebounds lesticles? huh? I haven't heard Kobe once complain about the officiating outside of during the games. I think that in itself is too much, but props to him for not bringing it up after the games are over.

I'm not saying what Jones did on Kobe was right, but remember when Kobe threw a malicious elbow to Mike Miller's face when he was driving for a layup/dunk? That was filthy. There was one other play I can't remember who, but I think it was Ginobili, where he elbowed him in the face/nose.

Remember, Kobe dishes out some bitch plays too.

Really? Jones was staring right at his foot when he reached out and hooked him.

Even if it was intentional, still not a dirty play. Definitely a foul. Dirty plays are when you go out to try and hurt someone or "send a message" a la Fisher. How anyone could call Fisher tough after that is beyond me.

The trip should have been a foul. That's it. It is the same as grabbing a shirt or just pushing a guy.

Sort of like that push in the back? Very dangerous foul and a dirty play to boot.

Yes, albeit a light push, it was dirty. It happens all the time, and I am sure if it wasn't Kobe getting pushed, most's outrage wouldn't be quite like it. Kobe does it all the time. LeBron does it. Many players do. It's dirty, but not like it makes you a dirty team/thugs.
