Im on a flight to ATLANTA from Baton Rouge..Larry Porter is on board..i had to ask..he said he was going to see some recruits..i asked about the linebackers and he said he was going to see a little bit of everything!! GEAUX TIGERS!

Are you serious!? Im black..and i dont know how that happened
and i didnt get a chance to ask him the loston q..he sat too far away but I could hear him talking too other guy about the draft specifically harvin and has incident

for the RB coach and head recruiter, he needs to land Lache, especially after we lost on Bryce Brown, Trent Richardson, let Christain Michael go, etc.
we have a lot of eggs in that basket ..epic fail if he goes somewhere other than Baton Rouge

I heard him speak at a dinner two weeks ago in Houston and his humility and passion for LSU is obvious. He has a small-town Southern charm about him that is genuine. We are lucky to have him and he should be the next HC at U.of Memphis.

Derby Tigah is from Gainesville/Ocala Florida. He's not LSU.

Most definitely. I believe he's grown up in Mississippi, Georgia, and Tennessee... All over the south.
Any ways, I liked the running back by committee we had going. It was nice seeing Scott emerge and lead the SEC in rushing last season but I kinda hope to see that style a little bit more again.
