Yes, and those two didn't make the Olympics.

so 2 people ran over 10 at the olympics? what does that prove. Do you think Demps qualified for the SEC finals today running over 11.2 in the prelims, cause he ran that in the finals?

He regained his title as CFB's fastest player (Demps' 10.01 was at +1.6, while Trindon's was at +1.1).

But, but, but...Demps wasn't 100%

I posted the results for the Olympic Trials, where he didn't even make the finals.

You have to be in the top-4 at the Trials to make the Olympics... his personal best isn't even close.

There was an illegal wind at the Trials for the finals, so the times are a little skewed toward the low end.

No worries. We all do it from time to time.

Trindon is definitely a good runner, but it's going to be hard for him to be elite. Fortunately, he has yet to permanently focus on track, so there may still be some hope.

Ive heard before that his ceiling isnt very high. His short strides and top end speed dont give him room to improve. Hope theyre wrong

He could probably get a pro contract for track, but he'd probably top out at like $150k, which is good, but track doesn't last forever.

He should do whatever he can to get on a NFL squad for a few years, and make sure he gets a degree.

Except for the Fla. hype Trindon never lost his status as CFB's fastest player. Demps was still considered a high scool runner when he ran that last summer. He had signed w/Fla. but had not enrolled yet. He was not a college athlete !

yes. ran faster than trindon last year when he was in high school (10.01). But ran 10.3 at the prelims for this and 11.2 in the finals. Must be hurt or cant carry his football weight.
