Seriously, it's not so much about Chavis turning everything around by himself. Les got a guy in his mold for the D. Chavis is a veteran coach that has management skills. He's a great LB coach and will improve recruiting at that position as well as coach up. He hired excellent assisitants that will make him look like a genuis. In the end we have on voice and one direction as opposed to two guys breaking in the same job last year. If you weren't trying to flame you'd know that one of our biggest issues last year was not having the defensive play called until the last second putting our young players in a bad spot. Thanks for trying to flame now go eat a finger sammich in the grove.
