Can someone help me design a Tattoo?

I have wanted this tattoo for a long time but i am afraid to go to the tattoo shop and have them draw it and me not like it. So i was looking at your SIG PIC forum and noticed how talented you all are and figured i would ask you guys to help me.
This tattoo is going on my upper back like where your last name goes on a jersey. It is going to say "LAY"(which is my last name). It is a really short name to put there so thats why i need some help from you all. The attached pic below is the kind of font i want to use.
I chose that font cuz i really like the old time script and how it has the random lines behind and around it. I want the tattoo to be really shaded. all black and white.
I figured you could treat it just like you are making a SIG PIC. So tell me what you think... Thank you very much.

I understand this might not be a tattoo you would like but it really means a lot to me. So is there anyway you can really try to help me? Instead of making a joke out of it?
