At this point, I do not really have anymore information on Davis. I know everyone has been scared about losing his commitment from the moment he committed to the Tigers.

If LSU could get a commitment from Davis' teammate Corey Nelson (#39 in the nation, #3 OLB) then I think it would be a huge step in securing his commitment.

It would not surprise me at all if he decided to take another visit or two, but I would expect LSU to bring him in as his final visit and seal the deal. Time will tell, but with out of state guys you never know until they sign on the dotted line.

I feel fairly confident about his sticking. His comments about how he felt when he cross the MS River were some pretty strong feelings.

Yeah, based on those comments I didn't understand why everyone thought he was going to decommit, but then he says he wants to take trips to Florida and California.

Hopefully he will just enjoy the free trips and sign with LSU like Mingo. Getting Corey Nelson would also be excellent for several reasons.
