The issue here is not performance. Faulk massively out performed Cecil in college and in the Pros. The issue is "potential". Cecil had enormous potential but never lived up to his abilities or the expections.
Faulk took full advantage of his God given talent and Cecil peed his away.

pick up game cecil. but as far as comparing careers you really cant because of cecils legal trouble. he played hardly no college ball and still got in the pros for a season before he got busted again. but who knows what he could have done if he wasnt such an idiot and had four years of college experience
