Anyone think he possibly gets picked up in the 7th round? His combine numbers were still pretty impressive IMO. Sucks that he had that senior year that he did......(I know it was his own fault)

we can thank the malevteo project for this.

He had some of the more impressive combine numbers for us. Safety running a 4.49 forty or whatever. Good broad jump. Good height, weight and wingspan. He is from my hometown, so I hate that he went out like he did.

his attitude will keep him from getting drafted

what happened to him?
seems like until his senior yr his attitude was one of the things ppl were high on him about.
Also I know a guy who coached him in little league and knows his family and he said curtis was a good guy. But we all know he became a cancer last year.

I know all that, I thought you might know something else. There has to be more to it. You don't just not a give a shite overnight. Who knows maybe he never did, but was just hiding it well. either way he cost himself millions. PPL from washington parish aren't the smartest in the world.

last year was horrible in terms of chemistry
miles lost the team b/c of a few decisions
that's why we had to entirely clean out the entire defensive staff and solidify a starting QB

which is just more reason why you don't want this guy. As soon as things don't go right or go his way, he will turn into a cancer and whine like a pussy. In a nut shell he isn't a team guy.

I'm not from Washington Parish, but I've lived here for twenty years, it's not that people here are dumb, there's not really a big drive to succeed. There's been alot of players come from here that just don't have the focus to make it big, Erin Damond(LSU), Petey Causey(S. Miss), Buddy Garrett(ULM), Kendrick Allen is still in the pros but with a little motivation, he could be an elite player but lacks drive. It's like a curse in the parish.

the #3 overall pick didn't give close to 100% after about the UGA game
pretty much nobody cared after Bama...just look at the Troy game

A couple of guys really took it to another level with not giving a shite. Taylor and Byrd come to mind IMO. Taylor might actually end up a decent pro though IMO. WIth the right coaching and system, he has the tools. That is why I'm wondering if someone takes him in the 7th. He is the kind of guy I def. wouldn't mind blowing a pick that low on if I were a GM.

he's got the physical tools but he was never that good
looks like tarzan, plays like jane

I agree with that. But 7th rounders rarely make the rosters anyway, so I would def. take a chance and see what he looks like in some training camps.
