They need to trade the 14th pick for more picks or it's going to be a failure.

If there's any interest, which I'm losing hope for by the day. Unless Sanchez does something that would cause him to fall to 14, it will be pretty difficult to trade back, because IMO 14 is to early to select Freeman

Correct. About more picks. Not necessarily failure though.

Don't expect much draft movement. Our cap space limits the number of guys we can bring in.

Yeah, passing on him is dumber than voting for Obama cause Moreno is going to be greater than Barry Sanders

My 2 cents...

I'm hoping we can trade for more picks. And with those picks we address defense. If we don't trade, and we draft Jenkins, I'm good. If we pass on defense and choose Wells, I will be sorely pissed. Right now, Payton has a C as far as 1st rd picks go. Bush- good, Meachum- horrible, Ellis- good. We will see how this one goes.

i'll take either of these scenarios:

1: trade down

2: or take Jenkins

it's as easy as that

If its Jenkins I'll have to laugh - guess he can sit next to Meachem & David on the bench.

i believe Jenkins will start at one of the safety positions...i believe i heard that in Gregg Williams' schemes, both safety positions are sort of interchangeable so i think Roman would sit the bench while Jenkins and Sharper would start...

If they can't get a trade partner and Jenkins is off the board, for chrissakes take a LB.

trade back to 20-25 and try to draft vontae davis

im hoping that might add a second or third round pick in addition to the first that can address our immediate need with a true corner
