If you need a higher credit score and are still saving I would recommend leaving BR limits. I bought a 3 BR 2 Bath that is 4 years old in Denham for 129K

I don't think I have to have a higher credit score to get a loan. I checked my credit score earlier this year and it was around 735 from the three credit bureaus. I just wanted to try to get it as high as possible.
