Spears, Clayton, Webster, Hill, and Lavalais were all better leaders based on their play IMO.

I don't think comparing Marcus Spears of the 03' season to T.O. is fair by any shot. Spears was def. a leader that year. Just because you're black and talented doesn't mean you aren't a leader a-hole.
