Somebody correct me if i'm wrong but it started with Mauck. It's meant to be handed down to the player who is the team's leader.

You're wrong. It goes to the white skilled player that shows a lot of "heart".

So Richard Dickson is this team's leader?

Hell, I don't even buy into Mauck being the leader of the title team. Spears, Clayton, Webster, Hill, and Lavalais were all better leaders based on their play IMO.

correct. just like #31 is passed down to breaux bridge guys. dominick davis/williams, jessie daniels, and now jon williams.
