New Tiger Stadium?

I recently received an e-mail from a friend that said an Architect in Baton Rouge has been hired to design a New Tiger Statdium with a seating capacity of 110,000 and a construction cost of about 750 Million.
Has anyone heard about this crazy idea? If this is true, TAF and LSU Athletics are out of their minds!
I don't have a link confirming this information, but I was just wondering if anyone heard about this idea.

its true. its going to be retractable roof. best thing to happen to LSU is to demolish that current heap

the old tiger stadium will be used as a parking lot...thats the latest I have been hearing

Come on guys, I'm serious--Does anyone know if this New Stadium is for real? The e-mail said the stadium would be completed in time for the 2015 season.
