I am currently working in houston and my in-laws are coming in for easter. my menu is a ham, cabbage, black eye peas. can anybody give me any other ideas or some good recipes for the above. i am tired of cooking all the same stuff like gumbo or rice and gravy or roast thats getting old.

You have to have jalepeno corn bread with that along with some cheese cabbage.

We usually have ham, potato salad, deviled eggs, marinated veggies (mushrooms, green beans & artichoke hearts marinated in Kraft Free Italian Dressing) and some sort of strawberry dessert.
