Loston was the best highschoolsaftey in the nation so let me buy you a beer.

Are you retarded or something? When did I mention Loston? I agree he is the No 1 highschool safety. I love our class... we definetely had a better one than Tenn. I am wondering what the appeal is to Tenn over LSU with any recruit. LSU should and is the obvious choice for me I was just wondering out loud

Seriously, make a new account and try again in 2 months, this thread is such a miserable fail that no one will ever take you seriously again.

For so many reasons...

Are you really flipping out about our concensus top 3 recruiting class, #1 as ranked by ESPN?

Bryce Brown was never big on LSU and he would have a lot of comepetition had he come here...you should be excited that LSU's program is in the state that the No.1 RB in the country thought that he had to give us at least a look even though we were never one of his favorites.

As for Myles, seriously? He's not from LA and, believe it or not, not every recruit wants to come to LSU. It would have been great to have him, but hell, I'd love to have had Tim Tebow too...I'd also like a million dollars. So what? He didn't choose us, its not like we didn't pick up any great players at that position already.

Janzen Jackson is the only one you have a legit gripe about. He switched his committment to Tenn. for God knows what reason. Its not a sign of anything other than his own personal decision.

So Tennessee seems to be a recruiting force to be reckoned with for the future. So what? It could be very helpful for us as well considering that they could steal recruits away from Bama or Florida too.

Kiffin's a major league tool and a lot of recruits will see that. We're in a talent rich state and our program is in great shape...so f'ing relax already with "the sky is falling" non-sense.

Miserable fail but you are posting in it.

Seriously you put to much weight in what people think. Man I do not get paid to type on a message board. If you or anybody else cannot handle an opinion different from yours on an message board, dude then maybe you should start your own board or stay the F*** out of my thread.... Taking yourself to serious

Wow an intelligent response! I truly appreciate it.

I am not flippng out about the class. I believe we had the best class in the country and I am damn proud of it.

But what concerned me was that it seemed as though Lame kiffin came in late in the game and seemed to be winning over players that I thought LSU had a legitimate shot at. Thank you for a helping me gain a little clarity though.

From reading your post it seems as though B. Brown was playing us for the attention. Geaux Tigers!

First of all Janzen Jackson is gonna play CORNERBACK..Myles is gonna play safety with Berry because Demetrice Morley is just screw-up from being let go..as is Brent Vinson..

Dominique Allen was a great FB in high school..He might eat himself into a D-lineman though..He played this season at 260 if he was a pound..Talked to his position coach last week..He was a runaway grand piano in high school though..

Tennessee have been kicking our butt this year and I hate it!

I know many of you will make excuses and say you did not want any of thse recruits.....blah blah blah... But we are losing out on big name recruits to Lame Kiffin!

Whatever they are doing IF its legal we better catch on fast or else next year when given equal time we could be in trouble.

Say what you will... they are winning the recruiting battles!!!

G-Man, relax. The fact that LSU was even in it with Brown was a slap in Tenn's face. We already have a great back in Ford, Bama already has a great back in Richardson. It would be crazy for him to go to LSU or Bama.

As for D. Myles, we got Loston. Who is better? You don't think Tenn wanted Loston?

As for Janzen, yeah, Tenn beat us on that one. But Janzen's dad left Louisiana to take a job up north and he and his son wanted to stay closer together.

Look at all the other great recruits we got, you don't think Tenn wanted Shep and Randle, etc, etc. We took FB D. Allen out of the state of Tennessee, after he already committed to Tenn.

Yeah, I'll give Tenn props for getting Monte Kiffen. That was impressive. But he's 70 years old.

And I'll give Tenn props for getting Ed O, at the time I wanted him. But I'm cool with Brick Haley instead.

But as for what you are freaking out about, relax.

Wrong. Especially given LSU's circumstances where they are loaded at CB and were projecting to play JJ at CB. I will take Loston over JJ every single time (especially with our need at FS).

B. Brown Tenn > LSU 5***** recruit RB

Really? Go figure since BB is the #1 OVERALL RECUIT IN THE NATION. LSU got in late on BB and we should be glad we were even considered!

Ford is still a great back that will do very well at LSU.

D. Myles Tenn > LSU 4**** recuit S

What 4 star safety recruit? Josh Johns? He was a 3 star and got a late offer -- I don't think that is very comparable. But hey, we'll play that game. Fine UT wins in this case.

----------------------

Now what if we compare some of LSU's other recruits to UTs

LSUs 5 star ATH/QB (RS) >> UT QB recruit
LSUS 5 star WR (RR) >> UT WR recruit
LSUs 4/5 DLINE >> UTs DLINE

--------------

Don't bring this bullshite to this board. LSU just had the #1 class in the country.

I knew the guy was a dumbass when he posted that Darren Myles was better than Craig Loston. Loston was the best safety in this year's class.

+1

it's not always what kids you get or don't get. it's what you do with the ones you do get. sometimes you can get more out of the 2-3 stars then the 4-5 stars, and we've seen evidence of this. so with a well needed defensive coaching staff change, & a proven offensive staff, let's wait & see how it all plays out. we don't know what kind of shite they are pulling at Tn. to get these kids, but we can smell all they way down here, and hopefully the NCAA will get a whif of it, and if not we'll just have to KICK THEIR arse!!!

Never posted such blashemy! If I posted that why don't you find it and put as a quote. But if you don't find it, in which you will not, you than the accuser will be what he accused A CERTIFIED DUMBASS!

Loston is clearly the No.1 safety in the country 5*****
D. Myles is a 4**** safety. Read slowly dude.
Reading comprehension is amazing you should try it.

If you look at rivals rankings of safeties, a guy named Craig Loston resides at the top. Darren Myles sits at #9. Their measurables at their combine had Myles at 6'1" 175 lbs. Loston, 6'2" 193 lbs. Loston at the all-star game, one of the best players on the field. Myles at the same all-star game, looks like a chump when Marlon Brown made him look slow and stupid.

Myles is overrated. His dad is a coach and they used the system accordingly. Loston is on Eric Berry's level while Myles is an undersized safety that isn't fast enough to play corner.
