I think we need to stick with our "starters" and let them ride it out. My problem with your post is yes Landry is struggling, but other than Ochinko who isn't really? I mean our "All-American" Dean is about as low as he can get...why not call for his starting spot in the lineup?

That said who knows why we are struggling at the plate....If I had an opinion on a opinion board, we need to play WAYYYY better competition leading up to SEC's...it doesnt help us any bit playing crap teams till the week before SEC's. I would love to have the schedule of A&M, Stanford, Rice or Cal State

Landry and Dean are both having the same problem,neither one of them wants to hit the ball to the opposite field. They are both dead pull hitters who struggle with balls on the outer half of the plate.
