So what your saying is that if you live in LA, you can't get the ESPN2 coverage, but you get the Raycom coverage? And Vice Versa for outside LA?

that's what I believe, but a lazy cable provider inside SEC territory may leave the game on ESPN2 on your cable system

I think that's what he is saying... It means a quick road trip to Texas!!

My tvguide listings show it's airing here on both ESPN2 and Raycom.

I don't know about you guys, but I would rather watch the game on ESPN2 rather than Raycom. No one has ever said that ESPN2 hates LSU.

I am thankful for Raycom broadcasting the game, though it may have been a better experience elsewhere. I am not complaining a bit as long as its on the tube. I betcha those who lived thru the 80's are not complaining. It had to be on ESPN (singular) or network TV or you didn't get to watch it.

is 11:30 okay? I started the one yesterday at 11:25...
Posted on 3/14/09 at 10:43 am to nosaj56
so that means, i dont get it in HD since I cant get it on ESPN2, this sucks.
Posted on 3/14/09 at 10:46 am to Tiger Rob
if you get your Raycom affiliate in HD, you should get it in HD. I guess you don't?
Posted on 3/14/09 at 10:48 am to nosaj56
Its on ESPN up here, not ESPN2
Posted on 3/14/09 at 10:52 am to nosaj56
People in SEC territory might want to check if the game is on ESPN2 HD here. Sometimes the regular ESPN channels will show the local broadcast, while the HD channels will still show the national coverage. I'm not sure at all on this, but it is a thought.

I was asked yesterday on the baseball thread to do PBP for the basketball game b/c somebody said that they were trying to follow the game yesterday, but we really didn't have a PBP of the game really going on, people were just commenting on the game. So I don't mind if I do it but its cool with me if somebody else wants to do it.
