Best online trading site?

What is the best site for trading online? I'm only looking to make a few trades a month, so I was trying to find a site where the costs would be conducive to this type of trading. Any thoughts?

I like Scottrade. Will watch to see if someone has something better.

I've had accts. @ Scottrade,Brown,TDAmeritrade,USAA, and VanguardDBS. I much prefer Vanguard. I quit Scottrade cause the CD rates and bond spreads on the kind of trades I do are better at Vanguard. You also earn more on your idle cash in VMMR-Prime, at least in normal times.

Tradeking $4.95 per order no minimum balance, you can't beat that.I haven't had problems with them.I have used firsttrade in the pat which would be my second choice.
