Well, your list contains several entries that don't qualify as "moments".
Nonetheless, I'd have to say that since football drives everything else at the LSU Athletic Department, and since you can pretty much draw a demarcation line in LSU football between "before Saban" and "after Saban", with all due respect to everyone who came before Saban arrived, I'd have to say that the most defining moment in LSU sports history was the moment that Saban became LSU's head football coach.
