Buffalo tenderloin?

I was checking out some menus online before a trip to Dallas and I saw where Craft has buffalo tenderloin. I'm usually pretty adventurous when it comes to food. Can anyone tell me what buffalo is like?

Very lean beef. Mild game flavor, similar to an Elk but milder.

Jubans has a great buffalo ribeye, however I have never had a tenderloin, but I am sure it is great as well
