The ones in McComb are commercial opportunities. The piece that my friend just purchased is about 3 blocks away from where the current new business construction is now. It is growing in that direction. He is currently negotionating the terms to purchase another piece in the same area. They are currently selling at 4 to 5k an acre. Just two blocks west, the land is already selling per square foot.
