Anybody have insight on the Highline project in St George

This the large parcel on Airline highway across from Rouses/Antioch. The announcement of Lipseys HQ going up next to Ruffinos made me think of it since I thought that was supposed to be a big part of the development
Did anybody put down deposits for the gun club that was planned? They seem to be way behind schedule based on the website

It seems there are signs up that say the parcel is available, so maybe the whole project fell through and Lipseys ended up over there.on highland
