Need to refinance condo

Long story short, need to refinance my condo in NOLA. It was warrantable at first, but is now.
I’ve seen rates of 6.75 and 6.625.
Is there an easy way to shop for a better rate?

You know, about 15 years ago I took out a mortgage on a property in Mobile...6.26% and was happy with that...never re fied due to the amount was too low for anyone to deal with.

I don't know if you need title insurance to refi on Louisiana, but in Texas it sure explodes closing costs on a refi. Refis are never "free," they're getting the fees back somehow.
