I think more importantly, hopefully they will have to divest all these venues they own where they only book acts they have under contract. I know some small touring bands that can't play in certain towns because live nation controls even small venues that only "Live Nation" acts can play at.

Part of the suit implies Live Nation has to sell off some of their amphitheaters. Certain bands have contracts through them that they can’t play any festivals outside of Live Nation’s ownership. It explains why System of a Down doesn’t play any Danny Wimmer festivals even though they got offered $1M to play Louder Than Life this year.
