Jada Williams, MK, Lay, and Laila- 2023 McDonald's game

The 2023 McDonald's All-American game featured Jada Williams and Mikaylah Williams on the West and Milaysia Fulwiley and Laila Reynolds on the East- so these players who are joining together at LSU have played together before and are familiar with each other. Some good assists back and forth between Jada and MK in the game.

The highest scorers were Hidalgo (26 points) and JuJu (25 points) followed by future Lady Tigers MK (15 points), Jada (16 points), Lay (17 points), and Laila (10 points). Lay and Jada combined for six three-pointers. The most talked about players were JuJu (the top prospect), MK (the national player of the year), Lay (who put on a show) and Hidalgo (who was incredible).

Not much from Madison Booker, Tessa Johnson, and Kymora Johnson, who combined for six points.

Surprisingly, Aaliyah del Rosario was impressive- she moved well and was a lot slimmer then, running the court well and showing good moves in the paint. Even hit a 3-pointer. You could see why she was a top prospect. Had 9 points and 5 rebounds in the game, Didn't look like the same player who wound up at LSU, where she was a lot heavier and couldn't move. Don't know what happened unless she just got lazy sitting on the bench her first year.

With MK, Jada, Lay, and Laila, we have a lot to look forward to!
