Sounds like a good pick.

“Among her many notable cases, Ms. Dhillon brought legal challenges against the University of California, Berkeley over its free speech policy, against an Antifa organization for an assault on a conservative journalist, against several states for their restrictive responses to Covid-19, and against various large tech companies for a host of civil rights issues,” her DOJ bio states

I've been following her. I like.

She seems quite based. Her legal focus through her career seems to have been focused on constitutional law, first amendment cases, civil rights, and election based law. She doesn't take no shite off the left either.

And? There are over 100,000 Sikh truck drivers in this country. And current estimates are that there is still a shortage of drivers to the tune of between 60-80,000 drivers.

Been following her since she began helping Andy Ngo. She's a good one.

There is still a shortage of between 60-80,000 drivers. Did the state of California frick up by giving unqualified drivers licenses? Yes. Blame California state government.
What she said is correct. On the west coast Sikh drivers compose between 20-40% of the driver force. And with 80,000 more drivers in demand, it sounds like other people are gonna need to step up and fill those roles if you don't want certain demographics driving.
Personally, there just needs to be stricter standards in issuing licenses, imo. Not discrimination against any one ethnicity. Because that's fricking stupid.

Don't import the 3rd World then be surprised when your nation looks like the 3rd World.

What are you, stupid? There is a driver shortage of 80,000 drivers. That means Americans are not doing it. Not in the numbers you appear to want.
Add to this that over the next decade there is a projected need for an additional 1.2 million new drivers. So if you don't want people coming here and doing these jobs, best get your arse to the DMV and get your CDL.

It is crazy how much "MAGA" has shifted since 2016. Non-Americans taking American jobs is all good now. This is a Paul Ryan/Eric Cantor/Mitt Romney position in line with the US Chamber of Commerce.

Nonsense. Wages are cyclical and depend on a large number of things, but "third worlders on H1Bs" is certainly not one of them. Sikh drivers, even at over 100,000, only compose between 2-4% of the overall driver force across the country (even if it's disproportionate on the west coast).

Get your arse a CDL. Like I said, there is a projected need for 1.2 million more drivers over the next decade.
And I've got no more time for your stupid shite. You have no clue as to what you're talking about and your first post in the thread was bigoted. No time for your bullshite.

And I've got no more time for your stupid shite.
Now look at you.
Enjoy your local baseball field being turned into cricket pitch or whatever the frick the 3rd worlders will convert it into.

What are your thoughts on Dhillon?

He's already given them. She's a "third worlder" (who built her own national level law practice with offices from coast to coast). The guy is an imbecile.

Andy Ngo was mentioned earlier in this thread. She lost that lawsuit despite video proof of Antifa physically assaulting him. That's a hell of an accomplishment.

And your takeaway was that she was a bad lawyer and not that a jury pool in a far left city is tainted?
