Which rebel group in Iran is the most organized/powerful?

Given the absolute failure that was supporting rebel groups in the Syrian Civil War, I think this is a fair question to ask that I haven't seen hashed out much.

I would assume the plan is to find a General to control the Army and find a leader with Reza assisiting
I doubt its to arm a rebel group and let them take over

There is a group calling themselves the "Dog Hunters" stalking and killing IRGC members. They appear well trained and well armed.

MEK has been around the longest but mostly exiled to Iraq then Albania
