Looking for Recommendations on Company to Pour a Patio Slab

Sorry if this has already been discussed. I see a recent post inquiring about asphalt, but other than that I've searched and came up with no results.
My backyard "patio" consists of cheap concrete pavers installed by the previous owner. I'm looking to have this removed and a concrete slab poured, along with any subsurface drainage work that would need to be installed (I can do this myself if the cost savings are there). Does anyone have any recommendations on a company to use?
I'm located in Metairie. The house is on a slab and the only obstacle currently in the way is a cheap aluminum overhang. I'd likely replace this as well but will do that on my own. The area I'm in really doesn't have much sinking.
Thanks in advance!

I did a project like this during Covid. It was a DIY. I did everything myself, but I hired a concrete finisher because I wanted to be sure that was done right. Ask your local concrete company. They know finishers and will give you their contacts. Or just drive around some home construction sites and ask around. You may need a translator though.

Metairie is so flat that you are correct worrying about drainage 1st. Be sure to get a company with a long history there. If the pavers are stable and do not have a sand base you might be able to pour 4" of concrete over them.
