Looking for Recommendations on Company to Pour a Patio Slab

Sorry if this has already been discussed. I see a recent post inquiring about asphalt, but other than that I've searched and came up with no results.

My backyard "patio" consists of cheap concrete pavers installed by the previous owner. I'm looking to have this removed and a concrete slab poured, along with any subsurface drainage work that would need to be installed (I can do this myself if the cost savings are there). Does anyone have any recommendations on a company to use?

I'm located in Metairie. The house is on a slab and the only obstacle currently in the way is a cheap aluminum overhang. I'd likely replace this as well but will do that on my own. The area I'm in really doesn't have much sinking.
