Will McMahon leave his playbook behind for Wade?

We’ve been advised here for four years that McMahon had the X’s and O’s just not the players. It is the least he could do.

think he's leaving it to pirate queen so she has something to remember him by. I don't know if they can handle a long distance relationship

I think his real issue was getting his players to execute and motivating them to play hard.
I think he was too soft. I do think he would be a good assistant coach drawing up plays and helping design offensive sets/defensive strategy. He has a mind for basketball, just not a personality to be a high level head coach.
He just couldn't get his guys to execute at a high level.
