Charges they are looking at now.
attempted murder
aggravated battery with a deadly weapon (two counts)
wearing a mask during the commission of a felony
tampering with evidence
disrupting a school function
They are going to see if they can get a grand jury to indict him, allowing them to try him as an adult. He was suspended from the school a month ago.
