We need to sit down with Jay and have a talk about challenges.. maybe let Cheif handle them from here on out. Total blind spot for the man.

I think you are being too hard. He didn’t set the boys up with the way he built the schedule. Asked way too much of them with two Monday games. This was always inevitable

I think that was Jay raising the alarm about this team before anyone else realized it.

Maybe he was limited (to some degree) with who he could bring in. He knew by the start of this season this team was not good.
