Cowans success last night has me feeling confident about tonight

Moore is a similar pitcher to Cowan.Vandy seemed to struggle with that style. If he’s on his game he should go deep into the game tonight. If we can hit like we did last night and someone in the bullpen grows a pair of nuts and can close it out, we should get the W.

I do think last night helped us for the rest of the series. Vandy used a lot of their top guys to try to get last night. It would have been more devastating for them to lose it then it was for us to lose.

With that being said LSU can’t allow themselves to come out and lay and egg scoring 1-2 runs all game.

Very true. It’s always a scare with the team this year unfortunately. I want just one game of halfway decent, pitching, hitting, and defense. Feels like we haven’t seen all 3 phases come together
