He's given basically the entire roster an opportunity to start. No one has done shite when he's made those moves

Could it be this........this team has a lot of talented players and when one guy gets a chance to prove himself they know they have to produce or it's the next player up...thus putting too much pressure on themselves.

Just a thought. They just seem to be playing very tight.
