Dang that's a big blow. Gonna have to find a great fit that can connect with these players and recruits

I know he has missed out on some recruits, but seems like a big miss for us
The girls luv him…he is relatable

It will be him-good for him, he will be missed but great opportunity at a blue blood program that has been terrible since Stringer left. All the best coach!

Mulkey and starkey won’t be doing this much longer
Some of those assts need to start figuring out what’s next

Rutgers is gonna be a no win situation for whoever takes over
It'll be revolving door for coaches over the next decade or so, its not the job it once was with Vivian and the big 10 is loaded. They aren't going to get the same level of talent as the top half of the big 10.
Messer, who was the recruiting coordinator for Kim at Baylor and her first year at LSU is about to get fired as well from UCF

It probably won't work out for their next coach because Rutgers doesn't have money to support it but it's smart to go get a recruiter to at least try to bring in talent.
